Fathom Goes Hardcore [Henry] for Latest Nationwide Event

hardcorehenry_quad50-lores

After its exhilarating debut at the Toronto Film Festival as well as a wildly successful screening at the SXSW Film Festival last month, STX Entertainment is teaming up with Fathom Events to give eager audiences a sneak peek of their hotly anticipated spring release Hardcore Henry. The action adventure is unique in the way it was shot in a 100% POV as if audience members are playing a video game. This promises to be a cinematic movie going experience viewers rarely experience in the theater.

With the anticipation of this film making style potentially being the future of filmmaker, Fathom is going above and beyond for the night before release. This includes a streaming Q&A session with writer and director Ilya Naishuller and star Sharlto Copley (best known for smaller roles in District 9, Maleficent, and Chappie). They are answering pre-submitted questions from excited audience members. Attendees will also leave with a limited-edition collectible Hardcore Henry comic book.
