Alec Baldwin Leaves Men in Black 3

— Posted by Rodney

With a budget rumoured to be over $200million, writers and producers not talking about the unfinished script while cameras are already rolling, Men in Black 3 has suffered another setback.

Alec Baldwin has left the production due to scheduling conflicts.

Obsessed with Film says:

After being asked about his role as the boss of M.I.B. in the 60′s “past” section of the movie that is yet to film, he bluntly replied:

“I’m not doing that. I’m out of it; the schedule didn’t work out.”

Baldwin, in his standard degree of wit also suggested they cast Harrison Ford to replace him as Ford took over his character in the Jack Ryan films. No one is set to take his spot just yet.

Will Smith is calling for Script approval before they return to shooting on March 28th.

It seems like this well meaning idea to add a three-quel to the series is falling flat. I hope they can recover.

I doubt the absence of alec baldwin is going to do any harm. He’s not bad, but definitely replacable. 420 is right; this movie will be horrible.

Sorry if I sound trol like, I meant Crap as in the series.
I dont remember part 2 being a cliffhanger/I gotta see part 3 NOW!!!! kinda film.

they lost me in the final act of 2.
time passed us by, as well as my partial interest in the characters.

        that’s what I shoulda posted.
