I really like Jay Baruchel. Its about time this guy got a leading role in a film. Ever since he got his start on Canada’s Popular Science for Kids co-hosting it with Elisha Cuthbert I wondered if he was going to be big. And while he has enjoyed a fair amount of success this will be his first real leading role in a big studio film.
And suitably so, the awkward yet charming Jay will be matched against a perfect 10 like Alice Eve in She’s Out of My League.
We already showed a trailer for this, but now a redband version is out that shows much of the same but with lots of fuckwords and some ball shaving.
I do want to see this, and it has a certain Apatow flavour to it.

Woo, most common double standard of romantic comedies all over again. Though I did chuckle at some of the jokes, and that polar bear bit was cute.
Rodney, do you think there could be a film where a “five” girl ends up with a “ten” guy?
In most of those, the 5 girl turns out to be an ugly duckling and after a makeover montage turns into a 10 and suddenly the hot guy doesn’t think he is good enough for her.
